Clinical Supervision & Employment

I am offering Clinical Supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians in PA and/or NC. I imagine I will be most resourceful for:

• therapists headed towards or starting private practices

• ND and/or TGNC therapists who are seeking same in a clinical supervisor

• therapists who are committed to developing equitable and accessible practice policies

• therapists who have had negative clinical supervisory experiences

I am also hiring associate therapists on a rolling basis.

• Job details: W2 employee. 65/35 split. Flexible hours/scheduling. Supervision included. Potential future benefits: healthcare, retirement contributions, CEU/training stipends.

• Requirements: Provisionally or fully licensed to provide psychotherapy in North Carolina or Pennsylvania.

• Ideal candidates have literacy & competency in working with marginalized populations with a developed power analysis; therapists who are oriented toward relational/psychodynamic, harm reduction, liberation based modalities; therapists who especially value their own autonomy in a work setting.

• Prioritization to clinicians who are neuro-affirming and interested in being trained to do Autism & ADHD assessments
